This Terms of Use has been in effect from 6 Jan 2020 and last edited on 10 Jul 2021.
1. Purpose
1.1 The purpose of this Terms of Use is to define terms and conditions to use information and service related to Review Hunters(“Service”). The Service is operated by Diamond Hunters Co., Ltd.(“Company”), a registered company in Thailand. The Service is operated over many platforms including but not limited to the following platforms(“RH Platform”) www.reviewhunters.net www.reviewhunters.app www.facebook.com/reviewhunters
1.2 The Company shall provide all of its Services to users(“Users”) when they consent to the Terms of Use and shall be operated in accordance with such governing conditions.
1.3 The details of these Terms of Use may be updated from time to time and are subject to such changes without notice.
2. Definition of Users
The Users are comprised of members and non-members and refer to any and all persons who use the Service in any online or offline environment.
3. Other Applicable Laws
The Terms of Use shall be subject to the Telecommunications Business Act, other applicable laws, and standard commercial practices.
4. Members
4.1 Any individuals that wish to become members of the Service may obtain membership by filling in and submitting membership forms online.
4.2 The Company shall grant membership to individuals that submit said membership forms except in the following cases:
i) When there is any false or omitted information, or when individuals and groups have been classified incorrectly; and
ii) When the Terms of Use are breached
4.3 Any changes to information on members shall promptly be made in member's profiles. The members concerned shall be liable for any damages stemming from failure to make such changes.
5. Membership Cancellation and Removal
5.1 Members may cancel their memberships at any time by requesting to admin officers of the Service via email inquiry@digitalstark.co The Company shall ensure that membership cancellations are to be completed without any difficulty.
5.2 In any of the following cases, the Company may limit the access of its members or terminate their memberships, without any prior permission or compensation :
i) When a member disparages a specific country, individual, or group or engages in any activity that may cause diplomatic friction;
ii) When a member enters false information when registering for membership or changing member information;
iii) When a member violates any law or any condition as stated herein;
iv) When a member makes an unauthorized change in the information contained in the Service;
v) When a member infringes upon the human rights or intellectual property rights of a third party and/or information held by the Service;
vi) When a member illegally collects and uses the other members' identification information;
vii) When a member disseminates information, texts, or statistical data on other individuals or groups (Korean or foreign) that are sensitive in nature or violates generally accepted practices and common courtesy; and
viii) When a member commits a criminal act.
ix) When a member does other activity than using the Service as it is. For Example, making advertising for other brands, products, or services without written approval from the Company.
6. Information Protection Policy Regarding members
The Company shall tightly protect the information of all members.
7. Use of Information
7.1 Service Content(“Service Content”) made by the Company or posted on the RH Platform by the Users, belongs to the Company. The Users agree that the Users shall not use the whole or part of the Service Content outside of the Service if there is no written approval by the Company.
7.2 Review Content(“Review Content”) made by joining the Service’s Mission, Activity, or Event(“Event”), then posted on another platform than the Service, belongs to the Users. The User agrees to allow the Company, the Service, and the Sponsor of the Event to use the Review Content for further marketing use without any further compensation.
7.3 The Company shall not retain the authority to censor the web page but reserves the right to update or delete contents in accordance with its internal principles. The Company may limit the use of its contents, in part or in whole, by users without notice by the Company’s decision.
7.3 The Company shall have rights to use any content, data, post, or comment made by the Users.
8. Security for IDs and Passwords
8.1 Members shall assume full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their IDs and passwords by themselves.
8.2 They shall not cause any third party to use their IDs or passwords.
8.3 They shall immediately notify the Company of any leakage or unauthorized use of their IDs and passwords, and fully comply with the security policies of the Company
9. Restrictions on Storage
9.1 Members agree that the Company may restrict the storage capacity, the effective period of contents storage, and more assets related to the Content.
9.2 Members agree that the Company may suspend or delete member’s Page inactive for a certain period of time.
10. Revision of the Terms of Use
The Company reserves the right to revise the Terms of Use from time to time, without any prior notice. The Users shall be able to review the Terms of Condition on the Service’s website.
11. Miscellaneous
The Terms of Use shall be construed and executed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Execution of the Terms of Use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of a court in the Republic of Korea.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy has been in effect from 6 Jan 2020 and last edited on 10 Jul 2021.
Diamond Hunters Co., Ltd.("Company") thoroughly protects users' personal information. This Privacy Policy is subject to changes according to the policy of The Company. Users can review the most current version of the Privacy Policy at any time in the link www.reviewhunters.net/privacypolicy. The Company is operating Review Hunters service("Service") with its address www.reviewhunters.net and www.reviewhunters.app. All personal information from Users is collected and used according to The Company Privacy Policy.
A. Collecting Personal Information
The Company collects personal information that new users provide when registering. The Company may also collect specific information on computer hardware and software, such as users' IP addresses, type of browsers, name of the domain, time of access, and website addresses. This information can be used in order to manage the Service, to do further marketing activity of the Company, to increase the service quality, and/or to make general statistics about the Users.
Users must recognize that it may be possible for others to collect users’ information if users open personal information to the public on the Service's open post or comment on bulletin board open to the public. In such cases, you are responsible for the exposure of your personal information.
B. Keeping and Disuse of Personal Information
While you use the Service as a member, The Company keeps your personal information and uses it for providing better service. But if you secede from the Service through the process of the membership cancellation according to the Terms of Service, then The Company will remove your information from its hard disks by the method that The Company cannot restore the seceder's personal information. The Company will be unable to see or use it in any way.
C. Use of Personal Information
The Company does not expose users' personal information to third parties or other companies. But The Company can release it if forced by legal procedures, or in case of urgent circumstances for protecting public safety.
The Company shall be able to periodically sends news of the contents, goods, and services by e-mail or another platform. Users can opt not to receive these announcements in the "Update profile" section, or asking the admin staff of the Service.
D. Security Policy for the Personal Information
User's personal information is thoroughly protected by a password. The Company tries to protect personal information from use without permission by using the latest security technology.
E. Use of Cookies, Pixel or Other Tracking Methods
The Company saves users' information and uses cookies on occasion for providing services adapted to the users. Cookies are text files installed in the user's hard disk by the website's server.
You can accept or reject cookies by setting your web browser.
The Company shall be able to apply any tracking technology as well, to enhance the Service, including Facebook pixel or Google Tracking Code.
F. Children
The Company does not share the information of children under the age of 14 with anyone. If a legal representative of a child under the age of 14 requests The Company to see or correct children's personal information, or withdraw the consent, then The Company will respond immediately.

Agreement for Reviewer
1. Purpose
1.1 This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and mutual understanding between reviewers and Review Hunters for participation in product campaigns.
2. Definition of Users
2.1 "Users" refers to influencers, reviewers, or creators who register and participate in campaigns via Review Hunters.
2.2 Users may be referred to as “members,” “reviewers,” or “participants” in this document.
3. Other Applicable Laws
3.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, copyright guidelines, and the terms of service of platforms used (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
3.2 Any misleading or harmful content is strictly prohibited. Reviewer must respect others' copyrights when creating content and follow all platform terms where it will be published. Content must not include anything inappropriate, discriminatory, offensive, aggressive, illegal, or sexually suggestive. All content should protect and maintain the Sponsor’s brand and reputation. If a copyright violation occurs, the Reviewer must repair any damage to Review Hunters and the Sponsor.
4. Members
4.1 Members are creators who have registered and been approved to participate.
4.2 Each creator is allowed only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
4.3 Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information on their profiles.
5. Membership Cancellation and Removal
5.1 Review Hunters reserves the right to cancel membership for repeated violations, missed uploads, misconduct, or fraudulent behavior.
5.2 Members may request to cancel their participation at any time.
5.3 False personal information or failure to fulfill content requirements may lead to suspension or removal.
6. Information Protection
6.1 Personal information is collected solely for campaign-related purposes such as shipping and creator-brand coordination.
6.2 All information is protected in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
7. Use of Information
7.1 Content submitted to Review Hunters or campaign brands may be reposted or repurposed for marketing.
7.2 Proper credit will be given, and no changes will be made to a creator’s message without consent.
8. Basic Tasks for Reviewers
8.1 Members must claim a campaign, receive products, and create original content.
8.2 Upload content on the specified platform(s) within the campaign deadline.
8.3 Submit the content URL via the campaign form.
9. Content Validity
9.1 Reviewer shall not erase or remove the content from the channel, hide likes, turn off comments, or set the account to private.
9.2 Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and be respectful.
9.3 Avoid exaggerated or misleading claims.
10. Product Orders
10.1 Products are sent based on availability, tier level, and past performance.
10.2 Shipping is handled by Review Hunters — participants are responsible for submitting accurate delivery information.
10.3 Product selection is determined by campaign relevance; requesting specific products is not guaranteed.
11. Content Rights
11.1 All content submitted to Review Hunters or brands may be used in marketing (with proper credit).
11.2 Content may appear on social media, websites, or e-commerce platforms.
11.3 No separate compensation is given for reposts unless otherwise agreed upon.
12. Penalties
12.1 Failing to post content after claiming a campaign slot may lead to a temporary ban.
12.2 Repeated failure may result in permanent suspension.
12.3 Misuse of products (e.g., reselling, giving away outside of official giveaways) may result in removal.
13. Acknowledgment of Agreement
13.1 By signing up for a campaign or receiving products, members agree to all terms herein.
13.2 Participation also signifies agreement with individual campaign briefs and updates provided by the Review Hunters team.
14. Revisions
14.1 These terms may be revised at any time.
14.2 Updates will be communicated through email or platform notifications.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 In any situation not outlined here, decisions will be made fairly by the Review Hunters team.
15.2 Questions or disputes may be directed to our support team.
